Currently, Elon Musk (52 years old) and the biological mother of X – singer Grimes (35 years old) – have significant disagreements regarding the upbringing of their children. The issue has been taken to court by both parties, each seeking primary custody of their three children.

Musk and Grimes have three children together: son X (3 years old), daughter Exa (2 years old), and son Techno (1 year old). Elon Musk has 11 children with three women. His firstborn child with his first wife passed away due to sudden infant death syndrome.

Since Musk and Grimes live in different states in the U.S. and both have busy work schedules, arranging time for both to be with the children has become a major point of contention between them, leading them to decide to take the matter to court.
