Bale put the property up for sale in 2022 when he left Real for LAFC
And it’s just eight miles north of Madrid’s city centre, making it an ideal base for Real’s new man.
Mbappe joined the Spanish, and continental, champs on a stunning free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain this month.
The striker is regarded as one of world football’s top players after netting 256 goals in just 308 matches in the French capital.
And Real will be hoping Mbappe can fire them to more glory after they completed a brilliant league and European double under Carlo Ancelotti.
But if he enjoys the success of the man who once occupied his new house, Mbappe will likely go down as a Bernabeu legend.
The ace is now living in Bale’s former mansion after acquiring it for £9m.
The swanky pad boasts numerous perks including eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a garage big enough for six cars.
Not only that, it features a huge swimming pool and cinema room.
While outside, Bale made sure to install a football field, a basketball court and a golf course.
Mbappe will be well protected too, with the property boasting the latest security measures including facial recognition technology, a double perimeter gate with cameras, and an alarm system directly linked to the police.

World Cup winner Mbappe will also have 24-hour security guards making the rounds.
And he will certainly be hoping his new home provides the perfect base to make his Real Madrid career a storming success.
The house was sold by luxury property agency Realizza, who cater for numerous VIP clients.
Their website said about the property: “It is a new way of life for all those who seek above all exclusivity, tranquility, confidentiality and above all, security.
“This concept is the key to satisfying the needs of such distinguished clients like politicians, bullfighters, artists, footballers, big businessmen and families of great social relevance who seek discretion and independence.”
Before Mbappe, Bale paid £6.5m for the mansion when he moved to Madrid from Tottenham in 2013.
The five-time Champions League winner with Real put it on the market in 2022 after departing for a fresh start in America with LAFC.
And before Bale, the house was rented by Brazil icon Kaka for several years.
