Emiliano Martinez has repeated his shocking World Cup final celebration while on international duty with Argentina.
The first international break of the season is well underway, with Argentina getting the better of Chile in their World Cup qualifier in their first match of the two-week break.
Alexis Mac Allister and Julian Alvarez were both on the score sheet for the World Champions, with Paulo Dybala netting a third deep into stoppage time.
Following the game, the Argentina players paraded a replica Copa America trophy on the field, with the Aston Villa goalkeeper one of the last players to hold it in front of the fans.
And he took the opportunity to repeat his controversial celebration from Qatar 21 months ago, with his team-mates laughing on and fans cheering.

As Martinez held the trophy in the air, cameras showing him ready to walk away before he turned back and performed the crude gesture.
Speaking of the celebration after the World Cup he said: ‘I did it because the French booed me. Pride does not work with me.’
He added: ‘The gesture I made with the best goalkeeper trophy was a joke with my team-mates.
‘I had already done it at the Copa America, and they all said to me: “No way” to do it again.
‘Even Leo [Messi] told me that. I did it for them, nothing more. It lasted a second and that was it.’
And it’s not the first time it’s been replicated. After beating Panama in a friendly in March 2023, the team took to the field with their families to present the World Cup trophy to the fans as fireworks rocketed off in the background.
Martinez decided to once again recreate his infamous gesture, and was followed by reserve keeper Geronimo Rulli and team-mates Guido Rodriguez, Marcos Acuna and German Pezzella, who joined him in doing the same celebration.
The goalkeeper, alongside some of his international team-mates, recreated the gesture back in 2023
Martinez said he initially did the celebration as ‘a joke with my team-mates’ after being booed by France fans
The original celebration was with the Golden Glove trophy, which he picked up for his efforts at the 2022 World Cup.
Martinez proved pivotal in the final of the competition, pulling off an incredible save in extra-time to deny Randal Kolo Muani and take the game to penalties.
The Aston Villa shot stopper then went on to save a penalty in the resulting shootout, with his heroics in the match and throughout the tournament earning him the Golden Glove award.
